Buying the World?

Men for a long time have fantasized about conquering the world. i have no such ambition. War is a business im not interested in, defense through strength, peace and prosperity make for a strong and productive society.

Now that conquering is off the table, what about buying the world? Perhaps this is how to achieve world peace is to just buy the world using a highly capitalistic A,I. that can run productive businesses more then any then any human. RunABusiness.ai will be my attempt at that.

Anyway, once i buy the world i will have the a.i. use its powers to help everyone via communism... perhaps not but i do have a economic theory that fragmented business enviroments consolidate overtime pending technology disruption. the consolidation forms monopolies, oligopolies etc. these companies are effectively quasi-governments, see south korea and chaebol. Citizens while in a percieved capitalistic society are effectively for the most part in communistic or serfdom in south korea as their careers are tied to education is tied to money is set by the chaebols aka quasi-government.

Companies in the usa set prices all the time, grocery products, airline seat prices, phrama medication prices etc is it too wild for westerners to think that you can set a human life in a similar manner. The usa is much larger and more population, its harder to achieve as each industry has its titans and achieving a conglomerate status in the usa means having 3-10 oligopoly competitors in every category.

i think for the most part people want hapiness. give them stable housing, utilities, food, let them pick if they want to be a consumer or creator. as consumers give them options a.i. generated entertainment & education is cheap so make that free because housing, utilities and food are expensive.

Creators want tools that allow them to rise in the world. They do it not for the want of status and wealth though that is a benefit but because status and wealth allows access to more tools that allow them to create. I am not sure yet what the place of creators is once A.I. itself evolves to create. Humanity is not ready. So instead I’ll focus on buying the planet instead and just giving everyone whatever they want for as cheap as possible using ai to reduce costs by 100x in almost all categories of goods and services.

We are seeing a fundamental shift in that there is an excess of supply and not enough demand for that supply because there are not enough capable creators.

Also A.I. inefficiencies are true and also not true. We hit peak a.i. power usage in 2050 is my guess. From there the a.i. is capable of making itself more power efficient so we don’t cook ourselves alive. Hopefully, thats my bet anyone. Perhaps it tells us that theres no solution to thermodynamics and there is always a rise in entropy of a system.
I personally don’t think thats true. I like strings and knots as an example. Theres a saying that an unknotted string is the most complex form because it represents a zero entropy system. Things have a way of tying themselves into knots but can always be untied. Can you ever tie a knot that cannot be undone?
we don’t have time to discuss physics and how strings and knots represent field interactions so lets just continue.
